The order cut-off time is on every Tuesday at 12:00 PM. In the event that Tuesday is a public holiday, the order cut-off time will be on the previous Friday at 12:00 PM.

A HK$300 refundable deposit is required for each Toy Box plan. The deposit is refunded to you when your plan is cancelled and all toys are returned in their original condition.

Free delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon and some parts of the New Territories*.

*Deliveries are made weekly as per schedule below:
Thursday: Kowloon, Tsueng Kwan O, Sai Kung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung
Friday: HK Island
Saturday: New Territories

If a delivery appointment is missed/ no one accepts the delivery, a $100 admin fee will apply. 

If you live in an apartment without lift access, a “no lift access” surcharge of HK$50 per floor is applicable.

*Free shipping (only applicable to all items delivered together on the same day) and for deliveries to Hong Kong, Kowloon and certain parts of the New Territories only – reachable by car.

*Orders to Outlying Islands (Chek Lap Kok, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Peng Chau) will be delivered and returned via SF Express Cash on Delivery. Happy Baton HK will only cover the cost of return.
