Our toy library caters mostly for younger children (0–8 years), although we do have games and puzzles for older children.

Toy libraries work similarly to a regular library, except that the items for loan are toys, games and puzzles, instead of books.
Please select the toys you wish to borrow. The toys will be delivered to you and the loan period is 4 weeks, after which the toys must be renewed or returned.
You can also browse online our extensive collection by navigating and searching by age, category and skill development.
Still don’t know what toys to pick? Simply select the Surprise Box and we’ll curate a variety of toys just for your child.
The borrowing period is 4 weeks from the day you receive the toys.
You may wish to re-borrow your toys by logging in to your members account.
If you choose to return your toys early, note there we be no refund/partial-refund of any credits.
There’s no limit as to how many toys you can borrow per month as long as you have sufficient credits. However, for the consideration of other members, we suggest 4-5 toys per month is a good amount to keep your child entertained.
Yes. The safety and well-being of your children is of utmost importance to us. Before we deliver your toys we thoroughly clean & sanitise your toys.
All toys are first thoroughly cleaned and wiped with natural disinfectant then thoroughly steam-cleaned and disinfected with a hospital grade Thermostar Dry Steam Cleaner. The steam is heated up to 174°C, effectively killing germs and bacteria. No harmful chemicals are used for the health of your children and the environment.

You can renew the toy for another 4 weeks to find the piece. Sometimes the piece may already be noted as missing, be sure to check the bag label.
If you still can’t find it, there is a charge for each missing piece, which in most cases would be $20. If you find and return the missing piece then we’ll gladly refund you the fee.
If lost, we will need the member to cover 50% of the cost of replacing the toy.
If it is damaged beyond repair, we will need the member to cover 50% of the cost of replacing the toy.
If toys are not returned, or a pick up booking is not made 4 days before the due date, your toys will be automatically renewed for another 4 weeks. If you do not have sufficient credits, we will deduct it from your deposit.
Note email reminders will be sent 7 and 4 days before your toys due date.
A $300 refundable deposit is required when you first select your play plan. The deposit is refunded to you when your plan ends/ or you have used up all your credits and all toys are returned in their original condition.
The deposit is used to cover the cost of any missing/ damaged toys, toy renewals and delivery charges.
If your deposit amount falls below, $150, new toys cannot be selected until you top up your deposit.
You can use your credits however you like by selecting the toys you wish to borrow, there are no limits on how many credits you can use per month, as long as you have sufficient credits.
If you run out of credits, you can sign up for a new play plan. Any previously unused credits will be rolled over.
Your credits do not have an expiry date! You can use them whenever you like.
Toy delivery is free if a minimum of 10 credits are used. Otherwise the delivery fee is HK$100.
If you live in an apartment without lift access, a “no lift access” surcharge of HK$25 per floor applies.
Please schedule your toys return pick up date at least 4 days before your toy due date through your member account.
Toys return pick up is free when you schedule new toys (10 credits or more) to be delivered on the same date. Otherwise $100 will be charged per pick up.
If you live in an apartment without lift access, a “no lift access” surcharge of HK$25 per floor is applicable.
You are more than welcome to extend your borrowing period. However please be aware that some toys are popular and in high demand so we do not encourage borrowing for extended times out of consideration to other members. You can renew your toys through your member account online.
At this stage, deliveries and toy pick ups are scheduled twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday (except public holidays where we will make alternate arrangements).
