• Free shipping applies for order over 10 credits.

• For orders below 10 credits, the shipping fee is $100. 

• We deliver the new batch of toys and collect the old toys in the same delivery. ​

• For toy pick ups without toy delivery, a collection fee of $100 applies. 

• We deliver and pick up toys on HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories at this stage. Should you need a delivery to outlying islands, please contact us [email protected] 

• Refunds are not issued if toys are returned before the due date. ​

• Toys must be returned in the same condition as they were received. ​

• Toys must be returned together with the bag that was provided. ​

• If the bag is missing, a fee of $50 will be charged​

• Toys must be returned within 4 weeks after delivery. ​

• Toys will be renewed for an additional month and charged accordingly if toys are not returned before the borrowing period of 4 weeks. ​

• The toy pick up date must be booked 4 days before your toy return date. ​
